Welcome to English Major Apparel. By using our website or requesting a quotation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

English Major Apparel is a South African supplier of custom sports apparel. All products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change if garment specifications, quantities, artwork, or delivery requirements change.
• A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Written approval of the quotation.
• Approval of artwork or mock-ups (where applicable).
• Receipt of any required deposit.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled without written agreement.

4. Artwork & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, colours, logos, sizing and specifications before approving production.

English Major Apparel is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Production Times

Production times vary depending on order size and workload.

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide and may change due to supplier availability, public holidays, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be stated on each quotation or invoice.

Production may only begin once the required payment has been received.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Risk passes to the customer once the order has been collected by the courier.

8. Returns & Exchanges

As all garments are custom manufactured, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Colour preferences
• Approved artwork

If a manufacturing defect or production error occurs, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, trademarks or artwork supplied for production.

English Major Apparel accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement relating to customer-supplied artwork.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through our website or quotation forms will be used solely for processing enquiries, quotations and orders.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
